The only ones to get away with this stunt, must have deep pockets. Kermit does not come cheap. He can't exactly drive around if ford gave him a escape hybrid.

Besides for causing the public to follow, in purchasing a hybrid car, there is no reason they should be driving hybrid cars or any car for that matter. From now on, we will no longer patronize the public by posting stories about what celebrity was seen driving a hybrid car, or what celebrity bought a hybrid car. What we will focus on, is the celebrities who drive cars and either have accidents, DUI's or cause deaths or die from an auto accident.

This week, we bring you actor Kiefer Sutherland who was recently sent to jail for his fourth DUI. Why his he driving?


Kiefer Sutherland aka Jack Bauer, is reporting to jail, for 48 days. Like the joke of what happens when a celebrity goes to jail, the punchline is that they serve only a fraction of the time, or not even a full day as has been the case with nicole ritchie.

According to E! News, actor Kiefer Sutherland will be spending 48 days in the Glendale City Jail. E! describes the jail as the incarceration station of choice for those offenders who are... just a little cut above.

Kiefer who is 40-years old actor and "24" star. The actor was sentenced for a September DUI indiscretion and probation violation.

Kiefer should have been arrested sooner, for driving a V8 Toyota.

"It works on every level," said David, who is married to a staunch environmentalist. "I'm doing something good, and my wife has sex with me more often."

Sounds like a good reason to me, although Larry broke up with his wife and is now divorced. Does that mean he is getting rid of his 3 Toyota prius hybrid cars?
